We've Done This Hundreds of Times

Starting a clothing line is genuinely hard. There are too many moving parts — suppliers who don't communicate, samples that come back wrong, production runs that run late. We know this because our founders lived it before they built Egomuzo.

Today we're the team behind over 200 Canadian clothing brands — from first-time founders who had nothing but an idea and a mood board, to established labels looking to scale without headaches. We handle everything end-to-end, and we give every client a single dedicated contact who keeps things moving.

  • No hidden costs — we walk you through pricing in the first call
  • One account manager from consult to delivery
  • Samples in as little as 7 days
  • No minimum order — even one piece is fine

Free Consultation — No Pitch, Just Answers

The first conversation is yours. Bring whatever you have — a napkin sketch, a Pinterest board, a reference garment, or just a product idea rattling around in your head. We'll tell you honestly what it'll cost, how long it'll take, and what questions you should be asking any manufacturer before you sign anything.

We're not trying to close you on the first call. We're trying to make sure this is actually the right fit for both sides — and we've turned down clients whose timelines or budgets didn't make sense, rather than take their money and disappoint them.

Step 01 — Consultation

Design & Tech Pack Creation

A tech pack is the blueprint your factory works from. It documents every measurement, every seam allowance, every stitch type, every label placement — leaving no room for interpretation or costly misunderstandings. Our designers produce them to a professional standard, and everything we create is 100% yours to keep.

If you already have a design, we'll clean it up and spec it properly. If you're starting from scratch, we'll help you develop it. We also handle logo creation and print artwork for any embroidery, screen printing, or heat transfer application you need.

Fabric & Trim Sourcing

Getting the right materials at the right price is genuinely half the battle. We have supplier relationships built over years — which means we know who delivers on time, who you can trust for colour consistency across repeat orders, and where to get quality you'd expect from a far more expensive label.

When you brief us on your garment, we'll pull samples from several suppliers and let you touch and compare before anything gets ordered in bulk. We'll also flag what's trending in your market if you want that input — or stay out of it if you have a clear vision.

Sampling & Production

We start with a physical sample — the first time you'll be able to hold your product, check the fit, and ask for changes before anything scales. Most clients need one or two rounds before they're happy; we build that into the timeline and tell you upfront.

Once you've approved the sample, we move to bulk production. Our team does quality checks mid-run and again on finished pieces — not because we're pessimistic, but because catching something at that stage is far less painful than catching it after it's been delivered to your customers.

Labels, Packaging & Delivery to Canada

The inside of a garment matters more than people think — it's often the first thing a customer notices after they've bought it. We produce custom woven or printed brand labels, care labels, and hang tags that feel consistent with whatever you're building.

Then we pack everything properly — poly bags, carton boxing, barcode stickers — and ship directly to your address in Canada through FedEx, DHL, or whatever courier you prefer. We send you tracking details and stay in contact through to confirmed delivery.
